Details of the committee members (including contact details) are provided below:

Chairman – Dave Pester   |
Dave has been with the club since it was founded. He’s played and coached the O-line, been the Junior team Head Coach and does what is needed to keep the Exiles on course.  As Chairman, Dave oversees the Committee, so it is as effective as possible. He is also the primary contact for all-league and organisations links.

Treasurer – Martin Jefkins  |
Martin has been with the club since it was founded. He played as Wide Receiver and still owns a few of the all-time records! He has also coached the senior team.
As Treasurer, Martin keeps tabs on the money which includes subs and expenses for training and match days.  Martin also co-ordinates the clubs media presence.

Secretary – Claire Pester   |
Claire has been involved with the club for many years, previously being a very successful game day manager.  As secretary Claire’s role is to ensure club communications are regular and available, as well as looking after all the ‘paperwork’.  Claire also fulfills the role of Welfare officer for the club.

Director of Coaching – Scott Rowe   |
Scott was Exiles Head Coach in 2008/9, and then took on the Director of Coaching role in 2015. The role is to support the Club coaching staff and is ultimately responsible for meeting the Club’s objective of developing more coaches from within.

Scott is a vastly experienced player and coach, having won 12 national championships and 3 European Championships in a career that has seen him play at Nicholls State University (NCAA Div 1-AA), in Spain, Germany and with the London Olympians. Scott was also part of the GB Lions for 10 years.
Scott has also coached at all levels, including being Special Teams Co-Ordinator for the GB Lions, and Defensive Co-Ordinator for the U19 GB Lions.

Volunteer Coordinator – Trish Bainbridge  |
Trish represents volunteers, communicating club matters and brings feedback to the committee. She leads on volunteer recruitment and co-ordinates volunteer activity and tasks.

Player Representative – Daniel Exell   |
The player representatives role is to ensure the players from all levels have a ‘voice’ on the committee, and to organise social activities.
