The Kent Exiles is more than a sports club. We are a community of players, coaches, volunteers, families, supporters and friends who share a passion for American Football and a belief in what a great Club can mean to the people around it.
From our youngest players taking their first steps into Flag Football to our senior teams competing at the highest levels, everyone is part of the same Exiles family.
Our community is built on Compassion, Kindness, Humility, Inclusivity, Family and Community. We want people to feel welcome, valued and supported — whether they are on the field, on the sideline or helping behind the scenes.
We are proud of the role our volunteers and families play in making the Club possible, and we want our members to have a genuine voice in shaping its future. Through initiatives such as iTrust, we provide opportunities for people to share positive experiences, make suggestions and raise concerns, helping us continually improve.
We also want the Exiles to make a positive difference beyond the football field — creating opportunities, developing people, supporting our local community and introducing more people to a sport we love.
