Our Club doesn’t happen without volunteers.
From running teams and supporting training sessions to helping on game days, organising events, managing equipment, supporting our members and working behind the scenes, there are countless ways to get involved at the Kent Exiles.
You don’t need to know anything about American Football, and you don’t need to commit every weekend. Whether you have an hour to spare, a particular skill you can share, or you’d like to take on a bigger role within the Club, we can find a way for you to make a difference.
We are always looking for people who want to get involved, learn new skills, meet new people and help make the Exiles the best Club it can be.
Our volunteers are a huge part of the Exiles family. We support each other, share the workload and recognise that every contribution matters — from the people setting up the fields early in the morning to those working behind the scenes throughout the year.
You could help with events, fundraising, communications, safeguarding, administration, team support, equipment, officiating, coaching or Club development — or perhaps you have an idea or a skill we haven’t even thought of yet.
There’s no such thing as a small contribution when it helps build our Club.
