Great players need great coaches and at the Kent Exiles, we are committed to developing both.
Whether you’re an experienced coach, a former player looking to give something back, or completely new to coaching, we’d love to hear from you.
With teams across our Flag and Contact pathways, there are opportunities to coach at different age groups and levels, from introducing young players to the sport through to developing athletes who aspire to compete at the highest level.
You won’t be expected to do it alone. With dedicated Flag and Contact Leads on our Committee, our coaches have support, guidance and a clear point of contact within their pathway. We want to build a strong coaching community where people can share ideas, learn from each other and continually improve.
We support our coaches to develop too, with opportunities for qualifications, coaching education and practical experience. Whether you want to take your first steps into coaching or progress towards coaching at the highest level, we want to help you get there.
We believe coaching is about more than teaching football. It’s about developing people, building confidence, creating positive experiences and helping players become the best version of themselves.
At the Exiles, coaches are an important part of The Exiles’ Way. We expect high standards, but we also value compassion, kindness, humility, inclusivity, family and community.
If you’re passionate about American Football, enjoy helping others develop and want to be part of an ambitious, supportive Club, come and coach with us.
Develop players. Develop people. Develop yourself.
