With Flag and Contact pathways across our youth, Academy and adult programmes, we offer opportunities to learn, develop and compete at every level. Our aim is to help every player become the best they can be — whether that means playing for fun, developing new skills, representing the Exiles competitively or aspiring to play at the highest level.
